The Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) vehicle is a multiple-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract designed to support › professional, administrative and general management support service requirements at VA. VECTOR is exclusively set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
